You may know a young woman, 18 – 30, who could benefit from attending the YWCA’s tenth annual Young Women and Money Conference. This conference is designed to help young women gain financial independence and success. Attendees will learn about good credit, budgeting, paying bills, and investing.
Oakland Mayor Libby Schaff will give the opening address, and Heidi Stoltz, Investment Advisor at Bell Investment Advisors, will be one of the workshop presenters. Heidi has given several Bell-sponsored presentations on “Financial Literacy & Behavior for Adults and Young Adults” and plays a key role in The Women’s Roundtable at Bell. Her afternoon workshop at the conference will focus on credit and credit security.
The conference will be held at the Marriot Oakland City Center near the 12th Street BART station on Saturday, December 9, 9 am – 4 pm. Bell Investment Advisors will be a sponsor of this year’s event.
