Corinne has been with Bell Investment Advisors since 2012, a period which has confirmed her passion for working directly with individuals to achieve their financial and personal goals. She has served as a Relationship Manager, now serves as an Investment Advisor and a Portfolio Manager, and is a member of the Financial Planning Team.
As a Portfolio Manager, Corinne is a key member of the Investment Committee, where she researches potential fund investments and helps determine the effectiveness of current fund investments. She also helps assure that the investment objectives of the client and advisor are met. She most appreciates the emphasis Bell puts on building long-term relationships and the holistic approach taken to help clients improve their lives.
In her role as Investment Advisor, Corinne works with individuals, business-owners, and trustees to determine the most appropriate investment strategy given numerous factors, including: account structure, tax concerns, time horizon, risk tolerance, return objectives, and, most importantly, client-specific goals. She strives to create a clear picture of her client’s overall financial situation before recommending an investment strategy. For that reason, she encourages her clients to move through the financial planning process and to use it as a decision-making tool.
Corinne graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2007 where she majored in financial mathematics and statistics and minored in art history. She went on to pass the level 1 exam of the Chartered Financial Analyst program and also holds a Series 65 securities license. In 2017 she received the CFP® designation after completing the curriculum at the College for Financial Planning.
Staying active and being outdoors is extremely important to Corinne. She is an avid runner and Pilates follower, but her true passion is for water sports. She played water polo at UCSB and is now a member of a master’s swim team. When her competitive drive kicks in, she finds a local triathlon in which to compete.
