Jaye Jones, Operations Associate

A true leader in customer service is our Operations Associate, Ms. Jaye Jones. She is a master at multi-tasking. Her duties include being the first point of contact when clients and associates call or visit our office, answering and directing client inquiries including updating client information and scheduling meetings. She is responsible for completing a variety of staff support functions and maintaining our paperless file system.

Jaye came to Bell Investment Advisors in the Spring of 2003. She honed her financial industry customer service skills by working as a funding coordinator and financial services advisor at J.D. Power Clubs, Inc. She also served as a credit services representative for Providian Financial. Previously she managed a team of 17 employees for Worldwide Security Associates.

When she’s not at work her top priority is scheduling quality time with her husband and three children. She and her husband can also be found participating in philanthropic activities including giving and volunteering for the Children’s Hospital and The Boys and Girls Club. She is also an avid reader and active in community events.
